Participation in the NYIOOC requires an account on the Producer Tools platform. You can sign up, log in or reset your password to access your dashboard and manage your brands.
Generic email addresses such as info@ or contact@ do not work well with our system. Do not use @hotmail addresses.
If you need to change the email address associated with your account or can't log in, please get in touch with our support team.
If someone from your company has already established an account on Producer Tools and you want to change who manages it, we can assist you.
