If you paid the registration fee and are still getting emails about a nonpaid order, it means you have another order that is still pending and unpaid in your account.
Please log in to your Producer Tools and click on "Billing" to see your orders.
You can click on the order that says "pending payment" and select "cancel." This will stop the email reminders.
If you paid by wire transfer, the order will remain pending until NYIOOC receives the payment.
All pending (unpaid) orders are automatically cancelled after three weeks.
