The Producer Dashboard is a private workspace where verified olive oil producers manage how they appear in the Official Guide. Access is available only to producers listed in the Guide and is protected by a secure login.

Getting Started

To sign in, use your NYIOOC Producer Tools account. When you click Log In, you’ll be securely redirected to Producer Tools for verification, then automatically returned to your dashboard.

If your account is linked to more than one producer profile, you’ll be prompted to choose which profile you’d like to manage.

What You Can Do in the Dashboard

Show visitors who you are and how you work by uploading photos of your olive groves, mill and team. Please do not upload product images. Subject to an editorial review, these images appear on your public producer page.

Add captions to provide context, and remove images at any time by selecting the delete option.

Social Feed

Use the social feed to share updates directly with visitors to your producer page. Posts are displayed in chronological order and are a great way to highlight harvest milestones, new releases or upcoming events.

Each post includes a title and body text, with the option to add an image for greater impact. Posts can be edited or deleted whenever needed.

Winner’s Comment

If your oils have been recognized in this year's guide, you can add a personal comment to appear alongside your awards. This is your opportunity to thank your team and share your winning philosophy.

Your comment includes the quote itself along with author attribution, helping visitors connect your words to the people behind the work.

Messages

When visitors contact you through the form on your producer page, their messages are delivered directly to your dashboard and to your email inbox. You can read, reply to and manage these inquiries, with responses sent by email to the sender.

You can enable or disable the contact form at any time in your dashboard settings. When it’s turned off, the contact option will no longer appear on your public page.

Contact Settings

In the settings area, you control whether visitors can reach you through your producer page. Simply toggle Enable Contact Form on or off. Your preference is saved automatically, so you only need to set it once.

Content Guidelines

Everything you share—photos, posts and comments—should reflect your producer accurately and professionally. All content is subject to editorial review to ensure it meets the guide's quality standards.

Logging Out

When you’re done, select Log Out to securely end your session. You can return at any time to continue managing and updating your producer profile.
